Birgitte led us through a fantastic workshop about food, consumers and producers, where participants gained insight into the consumer's thoughts and behaviour. Through exciting presentations and exercises, she focused on ecosystems, data and parameters in food production.
Participants gained insight into how consumers think and make choices - and producers and stakeholders shared their experiences in creating products for the consumer.
The workshop created a good dialogue, new knowledge and gave the participants good insights into future consumer habits.
