Optimised business concept

MosDecor wanted to strengthen its business concept with a focus on sustainability, responsibility, and partnerships.

Result: A new business concept with a collaboration model and communication model, including a 1–3 year development plan. Developed with support from the SMV Pro scheme.

Based on challenges in the value chain in the German market—with significant consequences — a new relationship-building strategy was developed for the market.

Result: Trust was rebuilt, and concrete action plans for collaboration were established with focus on value creation.

Launch of exports and development of new markets

Launch of exports to the international market. Positioning, brand building, and collaboration within the business ecosystem in a mix of commercial and political parties.

Result: Increased market share in core markets such as Germany, France, China, Spain, and Poland.​ In the German market alone, market share increased by 40% within the first three years.
